Hey all, I’ve bought Solari from U4GM three times. Two were flawless, but the third had a delay—here’s what I did and how it got resolved. What happened: Ordered 500K Solari at 6 PM. Didn’t get a delivery notification within 30 minutes (previous orders came within 10). I panicked a bit and contacted support. What U4GM did: Live support asked for my Order ID (from email). Confirmed delay was due to staff shift change. Delivered Solari within the hour with a bonus 25K for inconvenience! Refund process (in case you ever need it): Available only if order isn’t delivered within 24 hours. You can request it via support chat or Discord. Refunds go back to your original payment method—took 2 days for a friend. My advice: Don’t freak out over short delays—always check Discord or live chat. Save order confirmations. Never agree to trades outside their official system—protect yourself. Even with the hiccup, U4GM made it right. Their refund policy and support are legit reasons I trust them. |
